i am a confirmed spendaholic and have been lucky enough to pay off my accumulated debt of £18,000 by working abroad. Which sounds great but was actually very hard and felt a lot like being in prison.
i can now say for the first time in my life that i am debt free, which is wonderfull, but what worries me is that i will fall into the same trap again, and in a few years accumulate the debt again.
what i would really like to do is get to the bottom of the problem, i have been lucky enough to have a solution, but i dont feel that i have exorcised any demons.

i have watched the spendaholics shows and identify with the participants, the impulsive buying, the buying to feel better, etc etc, i can see myself in a lot of them.
what do you reccomend?
