I have suffered from this condition and wondered whether or not you agree with many people who say it is caused by emotional problems?
I've been reading one site ( reverse/mickel thereapy)and it is known as an energy disorder on there caused by trapped emotions, which cause the brain to produce too much adrenaline or something like that?
I just wondered what therapists such as yourself though about these new approaches as they seem to imply there's is better than traditoanl psychotherapy.
thanks

This is a little off topic, but actually I tend to think that everything is caused by psychological problems, so I'm perhaps not the best person to ask. Certainly I would advocate trying some proper psychotherapy. ME does often sound like stuck energy, which is a very similar metaphor to psychological blocks.
