Budgeting

Dear Benjamin,

I'm only in a small amount of debt (student loan) and will be starting my first full-time job in October. I think that if I'm not careful I will end up with even bigger debts and need to learn how to budget. I've looked on the Spendaholics website but couldn't find any advice on how to create a realistic budget. Could you advise me on where I can find out more information about this?
