not heard of that kind of tea...will look out for it tho...i need something apart from pills to help me sleep. apparently you get immune to them after a while too and i don't want that.
do you know what generic drug name lexapro is? zispin is mirtazapine. only to be taken in the morning and you just let it dissolve on your tongue! ....weird.
btw, i'm in london, england.

I will find out today if there is a generic name for it. The prescription bottle says that the manufacturing company is "Forest", whatever that means, so maybe that would help.
If you can't find the brand Celestial Seasonings in your regular grocery store chain, just try a health food store, and they will have a similar kind of herbal tea...under another name. Valerian tablets can be purchased at a health food store, but they are too strong for me and the valerian itself actually smells horrible...so tea is a soothing way to gently relax and fall asleep naturally...and tastes a great deal better! Only drink this tea when you need to fall asleep; don't take it with your breakfast before work...or you'll never get there...LOL!

...and the second one i tried was a type of seroxat which is in the news over here right now for causing a lot of people to attempt or succeed in committing suicide!! enough of that one, i think!
thanks anyway..........and i'm already a normal tea addict!!! but i will search for some good herbal stuff.
take care.

What happened? Did you get your medication improved? Did you find the tea? Are you feeling any better? Please post to my email if you wish. We all care.
