I stayed up last night and watched the spendaholics team and Marlon Cunningham try his best to sort his life. I found quite a few things in common and was intrigued to watch Mark Hopkins try to sort through his thoughts, ideas and aspirations with what seemed to be a simple organization exercise. This is hugley oversimplifying a complicated task but for me, gave inspiration and made it possible to see a way forward.
The exercise involved categorizing thoughts, values and tasks by assigning each issue and desire a category and priority. Again, this was very inspirational to think that by doing this, you could define and start to plan to move things forward. Is there any information out there which describes this process further or at least gives information about categories and helpful tips.
Many Thanks
Grant

Gman,
I don't know whether you have digital. You can watch the programme again on there under pick of the week.
What I noted down was;
5 catagories - money, career, hobbies, lifestyle, goals and aspirations.
Each had a different colour.
He wrote down ideas of what he wanted to achieve on cards covering each.
Then they picked the priorities and developed it into an action plan.
I find Spendaholics incredibly helpful. I bought a white board this week and am using it to record my daily spend!
