Puberty is difficult enough without the special attention of only one testicle. It is perfectly understandable that this would impact your confidence and social skills. However you can get over this quite easily if you can find someone to talk to about it. Is there a nurse or doctor at your school, or a counsellor? You need help and reassurance to understand that this is normal and you will be ok.

Hi,
I just wanted to add a few things because it sounds like you are having a pretty awful time at school right now, and I can relate to how upsetting such experiences can be.
I do understand how horrible it is to feel that you are not ënormalí in the same way that others are, but believe me, the people who are choosing to make fun of you are neither ënormalí nor ëconfidentí beneath the surface. People who are completely confident with their bodies generally do not feel the need to try and humiliate others. What they are doing is trying to divert attention away from their own physical and mental defects by highlighting yours. But when they are alone all of their own fears and paranoia will return to them, and they will be burdened with low self-esteem in exactly the same way that you are. They try their hardest to cultivate an attractive image of themselves, but that only means that deep down they believe there are things about their real selves that they need to hide.
You are just unfortunate that at your present stage in life your particular ëimperfectioní has come to the fore, because of new emphasis that is invariably placed on sex at puberty age. Believe me, it will not always be like that in future for you. Try to soldier on as best you can for now and donít let these detractors get on top of you, because they will not always be there.
And as far as your own ëimperfectioní goes, perhaps I can offer a few words that might be some kind of consolation. Firstly, from talking about these things with my female friends, I can tell you that the general consensus is that male genitalia are invariably unattractive to look at full stop. There is no perfect penis or testicles as far as most women are concerned, they are just a necessary part of the act of sex. When you get into serious relationships in future, I can assure you that your being circumcised and having one testicle will not change how attractive you are to your partner. Even for people who do have two, they are often noticeably different sizes, or one will hang much lower that the other, so it is very common that guyís ëapparatusí differs from the conventional type. Incidentally, donít ask me why I know this, but my grandfather only had one testicle and he went on to have 3 children. When one testicle is absent the other produces and extra amount of sperm to compensate, so it is unlikley to affect either your fertility or your sex drive.
However, awful it may seem now, these body issues are blown way out of proportion among your peer group at this present time. Try not to let it get you down too much ñ in future these things will cease to be a major issue for you.
Best Wishes

You are going through a very difficult time right now, I know because I had terrible times at school when I was your age. The important thing to keep in mind is that things do change and usually for the better. Many people go through very difficult periods but it is the only real way of becoming a stronger person. Those ideots in school are taking the piss probably in an effort to cover up their weaknesses, to distract themselves from their own problems, It's just that they are too immature to realise that they are causing you a lot of hurt. Try and be strong my friend, you will see, it won't be long before you turn the corner and feel a lot better.

Im 19 and going through major depression and anxiety,I had an undescended testicle removed after i was born. Im currently seeing a psychologist and therapist
There are alot of people who go through the same phase and your not suffering alone.
Understanding Abnormal Behavior(about a 21 year old university student with only one testicle)http://college.hmco....ors/sue_irm.pdf
When steve was six years old, his left testicle was surgically removed because of malignant growth. Apparently this incident and Steve's self-consciosness about it had haunted him throughout his life.
Steve suffered from savere bouts of depression and twice attempted suicide by drug overdose. For the past six months, up to the time of his threat, he had been seeing a therapist regularly at the university's psychological services center
The loss, or absence, of a testicle can be a traumatic factor in any man's life, most especially if the loss occurs in one's childhood years. A number of published studies have described the negative psychological effects that can result from the loss or absence of a testicle, and various research studies show that the cosmetic benefits of saline-filled testicular implants lead to emotional benefits and high levels of satisfaction.
Losing a testicle in early infancy or childhood can mess a person up.
Adolph Hitler had one testicle that never descended. It has been said that Hitler did what he did because of psychologic problems from the missing single testicle
In 1945 the Russian conducted an autopsy of Hitler's burned body and issued a report that Hitler had a sexual deformation, having only one testicle. Hitler's World War I company commander, said he'd discovered Hitler's missing testicle as a result of a wartime VD exam.
However, in a testimony published in 1941 in the magazine "Current History", Captain Karl Mayr, who was Hitler's boss at the end of the Great War, told that "Hitler's deformity" was well known in the Army since his incorporation in 1914 and that he was often mocked by his comrades about it. The deformity was mentioned in his medical report.
Dr. Norbert Bromberg, psychoanalyst who was a clinical professor of psychiatry at Albert Einstein College of Medicine
Few persons have been analyzed as thoroughly as Adolf Hitler. He present a clear case: To quote Norbert Bromberg, Adolf Hitler was "a narcissistic personality with paranoid features, functioning on a borderline personality level".
Many factors attributed to this development: His missing, left testicle, his disturbed childhood and youth and his traumatic experiences which happened at key phases in the evolution of his personality
Dr. Fritz Redlich, a neurologist and psychiatrist, concludes that though Hitler exhibited many psychiatric symptoms, including extreme paranoia and defenses that ''could fill a psychiatry textbook, He truly was not mentally ill.
Redlich considers several argument's about Hitler's childhood and adolescence shaping his adult life. He concedes that Hitler's teenage years were difficult. He does not totally accept that Hitler had one testicle missing and that this made puberty difficult. However he concedes that it is possible that Hitler had an undescended testicle
He discusses Hitler's failure at middle school:
Hitler considered his puberty and adolescence an especially painful period. Puberty is always a difficult period for the subject and his environment, but Hitler's puberty might have been particularly tough. In all probability, he became aware of a congenital defect of the genitalia at the onset of puberty
Freudians had a field day with the missing testicle theory, and then they found sketchy evidence at best. There's a 1968 report released on the 1945 autopsy of Adolph Hitler which claims not to have found evidence in the charred remains of Hitler's body of a left testicle. Well, Freudians went wild with that. You know, forget the father, forget the mother, it's now an entire theory of Hitler's evil built on the missing testicle.
