Hi Benjamin

I would like to start by saying that I received you book about two weeks ago and I have not been disapointed. I think your insights are astonishing and it is a breath of fresh air to finaly have someone explain things to me that has up to now just been a jumble of thoughts and idea's rolling around in my head.

I have always been a believer in the power of the mind and have always had very interesting views on how the power of thought manifests itself in our dayly lives. For example as person who believes that the worst thing possible will happen, will probebly be right. The worst thing possible will happen to them, is this because of all the negative energy they channeled to that thought?

The irony is that even though I believed that positive things happen to positive thinkers I rarely manage to remain positive. I dont realy get very negative, well only sometimes. But after starting to read your book things is starting to become clearer and I now have someone confirming everything that I always thought in theory. I am now understanding, or rather starting to understand, "what is wrong with me"

It is taking me a while to read your book, partly because I spend long periods away from the book, processing what I have read. After I read the part on Trauma, I think I was in shock for a few days. I had forgotton about the book and was working through what I read, in my dreams and everyday thought. Amazing how the mind works. But after returning I could not stop myself, I am now again in a break period. The book is next to my bed and I am wondering when I will be ready again to continue.

This post is not realy posing a question merely trying to make a statement, anyway that is what I think its for.

The world is exactly how we see it. So to be happy, change you point of view. I think the only way of doing this is to understand as you would say, "what is wrong with me".

Thank you for your book Benjamin.

Thank you for your kind feedback.

There certainly is a view that we get good at what we practice - therefore if we think the worst, that's what we will find. Generally speaking negative thoughts are probably an attempt to connect with some lost negative emotions from the past. If you can bring these feelings into awareness, then you may be able to automatically see other things more positively.

I hope things are improving for you.
