hi all,

just wonderd if anyone could help...?

here goes...

i have a wonderfull girlfriend who i really like, we have not been going out for long but we get on so well and love each others company. the thing is she is going to uni in a couple of days and although shes not going to far away (about 2hrs up the motorway) im scared that we will fall apart. im going to visit her as often as i can but work restricts me from doing this.
i suppose the other thing that worries me is that she will meet somone else or maybe have a fling with somone, i know i should'nt doubt her as i do trust her but its still at the back of my mind. she is without doubt going to meet knew people and i dont know if she will still be interested in me, it just worries me that i might loose her.

somone shout me, please?

Hi,

I can offer not more advice or reassurance other than to say if it is meant to be then it will be. Meaning, if you and your girlfriend are meant to be together then I'm sure your relationship with flourish despite the distance between you. However distance can and does drive relationships to destruction and you do not neccessarily have control over this.

Relax and try to accept what happens, you cannot control what you girlfriend does. Concentrate on your contribution to the relationship and at the very least you have done as much as you can - the rest is up to you girlfriend.

Good luck
Ian

:)
I don't often offer advice, simply because I know less about stuff than most people, but the one thing you don't want to do is pressure her and start getting moody about not seeing her.

Enjoy the time you have with her, call her when you can, write when you have a spare hour, but don't become possessive, demanding, over bearing and constantly checking on what she's been up to. If you do you will drive her away, simple as.

If she really loves you then you have no worries, if she don't well better find out sooner than later. Don't look back and think you drove her away though. I'm sure you will be fine. Don't fret, don't worry. Relax......
