Well I think the first thing you need to do is go and see your Dr. ASAP. He/She can then determine from what you tell them what actions they need to take to assist you. Medication?, Counselling?, a bit of both.

Many people do not like to accept the fact that there is a probelm that yes a pill can help. It may take several different meds to get the right one or it may work with the first.

The first step in feeling better is to ask for help. It may not be easy and may be the hardest thing to so but it all begins with you. Only you can help you and make your life better.

Iķd have to agree that you need the help of a qualified medical practitioner. This sounds like a frightening symptom. It may be that you can get help quite quickly and easily. However it would be hard to be very specific in a forum like this.

Generally though you sound like you are experiencing ģepisodesī which are probably manifestations of extreme emotional stress trying to find a way to be expressed. This suggests therefore that you are blocking your emotions, and that there may be some very severe ones left over from your life that were not expressed at the time. Perhaps you had a difficult or traumatic early life? Anything that you can do to start to become more in touch with your emotions and to practice expressing them safely would be good. Sometimes writing a journal is a good start. Talking to a counsellor can also be a big help.
