All About Benjamin

Benjamin has had a varied and interesting life. He was the child of misfortune and privilege born into a wealthy family and losing his mother at just eleven-months old. Much of what defined him in later life came from these twin factors.

The combination perhaps uniquely enabled Benjamin to develop his personal and professional skills. In his twenties he sought help for emotional issues and was able to spend the time and money necessary to really explore what was wrong with him.

He discovered that despite his gilt-edged education at top private schools and Oxford University he really knew nothing about the most fundamental aspects of enjoying and understanding his own life. He decided that that should change.

Now through his media work he is able to share the benefits of his extensive personal research with you. He hopes you too can benefit from the knowledge that has changed his life and made him a much happier person.
